Promo Codes
- Promo codes do not apply to cash on delivery.
- Promo code may expire at any time (Depending upon stock availability).
Cash Back
- Cashback does not apply on cancelling the order, it only gets applied after the order get delivered to the customer.
- Cashback will redeem in a customer Osiamart Wallet account within 48-72 hours of the order delivered. Cashback adds only on Osiamart wallet. There is no expiry of the Cashback added in the Osiamart Wallet.
- Cashback or any amount will not be refunded to the bank account or card account or in cash.
Payment
- We offer you to pay through two payment mode.
(1) Online Payment i.e Credit/Debit cards and Internet Banking.
(2) Cash on delivery.
Order Return
We accept the return of products provided it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it or Products must be in the original packaging. Attach original invoice issued by Osiamart while returning the product. You may request for a refund /replacement within 02 Calendar days of delivery, so long as it is unused, undamaged and with all original tags & packaging intact.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
- In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
- Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will review it and inform you that we have gotten your returned thing. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
