Lemons have a unique pleasant aroma and strong sour taste, they are round/oval and have a yellow textured outer skin.
Freeze them in a sealed plastic bag.
Fresh lemon juice is squeezed and added to many foods such as lemon rice, lemon tea and drinks like lemonades.
Lemon peel is also edible and very nutritious.
